OUTLAWS WIN HOME OPENER, MOVE TO 3-0!!

The Austin Outlaws took on the Lone Star Mustangs in their home opener last night,
and roped in a victory at "da ranch"! The Mustangs struck first with an impressive
offensive drive that included a long pass by QB Jennifer Hull. The Outlaws soonanswered with an 85 yard touchdown run by running back Shadana Hurd. Both teams
continued to exchange blows, ending the first half at 14-14.

The Outlaws pulled ahead in the second half racking up two more touchdowns, which
included another long break away 86-yd TD run by Shadana Hurd. givingThe Mustangsthreatened the red zone on several offensive drives, but were ultimately stopped by
the Outlaw "darkside" defense. The last touchdown came with 55 secondsleft in the
game putting Austin ahead 28-14, sealing the victory for the Outlaws. 

The Outlaws, who now are currently leading their division at 3-0, will face the
Mustangs again in Dallas at Pennington field on May 30th.
